View Desktop Status

From Enterprise Manager, you can view a Desktop Status screen that shows the desktop systems and devices that host WFO software components. The Desktop Status screen includes detailed information about each system, the WFO software components installed on the system, and an option to collect log files from the system.

Procedure

Go to System Management Module that allows performing suite-wide system management activities from a single, Web-based application, the Enterprise Manager.. Under Enterprise, select Desktop Status.
In the Desktops pane, click on a row in the Desktops table to display information about a particular desktop system. The Desktops pane displays basic information about the selected desktop system. The Desktop Details pane displays device details and a list of software components installed on the device.
