Collect desktop log files
To support troubleshooting efforts, you can collect log files from an individual desktop system or device on which WFO desktop software components are installed.
Procedure

Go to System Management Module that allows performing suite-wide system management activities from a single, Web-based application, the Enterprise Manager.. Under Enterprise, select Desktop Status.

In the Desktops pane, click on the row in the Desktops table that contains the particular desktop system or device for which you want to collect log files so that the row is highlighted.
You can only collect log files from one desktop system or device at a time.

In the Desktop Components section in the lower right of the screen, select the specific components for which you want to collect logs.

Click Collect Logs in the lower right of the screen.
After a couple of minutes, the location of the log files will be available in the alarm details of an alarm in the Alarm Dashboard. The name of this alarm is "Desktop uploaded components logs to Application Server."
If a problem occurs, and the system is unable to collect or upload the log files, an alarm named "Desktop failed to upload components logs" appears in the Alarm Dashboard.
