View the Archive drives list

Though you define drives in Recorder Manager, you can view a list of Archive drives defined for an Archive Server in Enterprise Manager on the Archive Drives page.

Procedure

  1. Click System Management Module that allows performing suite-wide system management activities from a single, Web-based application, the Enterprise Manager. > Enterprise > Settings.

  2. In the Installations tree, expand the Archive server. (This server is assigned the Central Archive role.)

  3. Select the Central Archive role.

  4. Click the Archive Drives page.

    The Archive Drives page lists the drives defined for the selected Central Archive server and shows the following information for each one:

    Description

    Campaign Name

    Shows the campaign Collection of scheduling periods in WFM, which are defined time periods where specific employees target specific workloads. (if any) assigned to the drive.

    Device Name

    Shows the drive name as defined in Recorder Manager.

    Physical Device

    Shows the physical device included in the drive definition. If the device is a fixed media, the field includes the path/folder; it shows the drive name for removable media.

    To manage the drives or create new drives, click Launch.

    The Recorder Manager on the selected server is started. The Operations > Drives tab is displayed.
