Configure Calendar settings used by applications
You can configure Calendar settings used by the Quality Monitoring (QM), Scorecards Product that assists agents, supervisors and all contact center employees to focus on critical aspects of their performance and identify opportunities for improvement., and other applications in the enterprise.
Procedure

Go to System Management Module that allows performing suite-wide system management activities from a single, Web-based application, the Enterprise Manager.. Under Enterprise, select Settings.

In the Installations tree (left pane), select the Enterprise node.

Click Enterprise Settings.

In the Calendar section, configure these fields:

First Day of the Week: If you use the Quality Management (QM) application, specify the day that is the first day of the work week in your part of the world. The first day of the week setting impacts report filters, and the weekly quota in Inboxes, and Shared Inboxes.

Starting Date of the Fiscal Year: Select the starting date and month of the fiscal year in your part of the world.

Apply to Scorecards: To apply the First Day of the Week and the Starting Date of the Fiscal Year values to the Scorecards application, select this option.

Click Save and Apply to Children.

Check the System Monitoring, System Monitor, Alarm Dashboard screen for new alarms that indicate it is necessary to restart services. If these alarms appear, restart the services indicated by the alarms.
