Create Integration Service adapters

Settings vary by adapter. These settings are then used to link your data source Third-party systems that provide data to the system, including employee and device states, and data change events. The Alcatel TSAPI, Avaya TSAPI, and Avaya CVLAN adapters require client software installed on the same server as the Recorder—see the associated Integration Guide.

Procedure

Click General Setup > Integration Adapters > Settings and then click Create.
Choose a CTI adapter compatible with your switch from the following list (note that only the adapters supported by the switches you have available appear).

To create a Trading adapter, select the adapter that corresponds to your environment, then follow the instructions in the appropriate Trading Integration Guide.

Complete the adapter settings.
Click Save.
