Moving an Installations tree node

You can move Site Group, Site, and Installation (or Server) nodes to rearrange these items within the Installations tree.

For example, you can move a Site node from one Site Group node to a different Site Group node.

When you move any Installation tree node, you are only changing the location of the node in the Installations tree. No servers or software programs are physically copied or moved, and no configuration settings or server role Entity that contains a logical, predefined set of components (system software or certified third-party software) deployed in the Data Center and Site Zones that provide specific functionality for the system. associations are changed.

You must have Edit Installation privileges on the source and target Site Group, Site, or Installation to perform move operations.
