Member Group Details Report

Use the Member Group Detail Report to obtain detailed information about any Member Group configured for any Data Source in the enterprise.

You can select the specific Data Source for which you want to generate the report.

Member Groups Details Report Sections

The Member Group Details Report includes the following sections of information. Not all this information appears for every Member Group. The sections that display depend on the type of Member Group which you generate the report.

Settings - Displays the settings for each Member Group. These settings include the Data Source for which the Member Group was created, the Member Group name and type, and server roles that are associated to the Member Group.
Extensions - Displays information about extensions. This information includes the extension name, recording mode, LAN Data Sources associated to the extensions Phone Data Source, and work stations associated to the extension.
Trunk Members - Displays information about available channels and the extensions assigned to them.
Group Members - Displays information about available channels and the extensions assigned to them.

Member Groups Details Report Field Descriptions

Field	Details
Settings Section
Data Source ID	The unique numeric identifier of the Data Source for which the Member Group was created.
Data Source	Displays the name of the Data Source for which the Member Group was created.
Member Group ID	Displays the unique numeric identifier of the Member Group.
Member Group	Displays the name of the Member Group.
Member Group Type	Displays the Member Group Type. For example, Compliance Station Extension Group, Compliance Trunk Span, IP Extension Pool, Trunk Span Recording Resource, Extension Recording Resource, Selective Extension Pool, or Dedicated Extension Pool.
Associated Installations	Displays the specific recorder server roles that are associated to the Member Group. The format for the Associated Installations column entries is: Server name\Server role For example, recorder_server1\IP Recorder
Associated Dialer Data Source	Displays the Dialer Data Source with which the Member Group is associated, if applicable. (This field does not display for all Member Groups.)
Recorder Control Type	Displays the Recorder Control Type associated with the Member Group. The primary types are CTI Controlled and Recorder Controlled. Other possible values are Selective Delivery (Duplicate Streamed), Full Delivery (External Controlled), Service Observe, Single-Step Conference, and Nailed Up Service Observe.
Port Count	Displays the number of channels (that is, phone extensions) associated with the Member Group. (This field does not display for all Member Groups.)
Extensions Section (Does not appear for all Member Groups)
Primary Extension Name	Displays the primary phone number of the extension.
Recording Mode	Displays the extensions recording mode. Choices include Record, Do Not Record, Application Controlled, and Start at Business Rule.
LAN (Screen) Data Source	Displays the name of any LAN Data Source that associates the Phone Data Source of an extension with workstations (by means of the Workstations tab of the Phone Data Source).
Workstation Name	Displays the name of the workstation to which the extension is associated. This field is populated only if a LAN Data Source is associated with the Phone Data Source.
Trunk Members Section (Does not appear for all Member Groups)
Port #	Displays the number of a channel available on the voice card.
Name	Displays the name of an extension associated with the port number (channel).
Group Members Section (Does not appear for all Member Groups)
Port Number	Displays the number of a channel available on the voice card.
Extensions	Displays the number of the extension assigned to the port number (channel).
