Phones
All of the phones that you want to record are associated with a Phone data source Third-party systems that provide data to the system, including employee and device states, and data change events. Typical data sources are phone switches, PBXs, or LANs. during configuration in the Enterprise Manager. A phone has a primary extension and optional secondary extensions. To each extension, you must assign a recording mode that determines the kind of recording that can occur on the extension.
