Enable AQS

AQS with SQL Server 2016 SP1 and newer

Before you begin 

Ensure that the system is licensed for Audio Quality Statistics.

For cloud deployments, ensure that the tenant is licensed for Audio Quality Statistics.

In a multi-tenant SaaS environment, the service provider must configure Audio Quality Statistics for the tenant.

Procedure 

  • Enable the Audio Quality Statistics feature license:

    1. In a browser, go to http://<wfo_app_server_address>/wfo/control/license_edit.

    2. On the License Data page, under Features, enable 2021R1 - Audio Quality Statistics.

    3. Click Save.
