Parameter	Description
SQL Server Name	The SQL Server Name on which the Forecaster database exists. This field is left blank by default.
Port	The port on which the SQL Server is running. Default: 1433
Database Name	The Database Name for the RFS Forecaster. Default: c2s_forecast_release
