Managing storage locations

Use Enterprise Manager to define storage targets. A storage target is a destination to which users can export interactions. The storage targets defined in Enterprise Manager are available to users exporting interactions from Risk Management Component of the Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Framework that provides interaction search and replay functionality, combined with integration of the Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Framework. and Project Rules Manager Component that allows you to define rules, according to which the system performs specific actions. (PRM). After creating a storage target using Enterprise Manager, you can edit, delete, and test the configuration of the storage target.

Before using storage targets:

For all deployment types, review Destination types for storage targets and confirm with your administrator which destination types your organization uses and the destination settings needed when creating a storage target.
For on-premises deployments, confirm that the 2021R1 - Export Interactions Product that assists contact centers increase operational effectiveness and improves the customer experience through full-time recording, powerful quality monitoring, compliance/liability management, rich reports, and an intuitive, dashboard-style interface. Media using Storage Targets feature is enabled on your system.
