Parameter	Description
Azure Auth Scope	The scope URN for the Azure Authentication Service. The value is the application ID URI of the Work Assist application, as configured in Azure, followed by .default. Contact the Azure Administrator who configured the Work Assist application in Azure for this value. Example: ws://empro/api/auth/.default
Work Assist Cloud Service http Address	The end point/URL to the API Gateway that is used to send messages to the Work Assist API in the cloud. Contact the AWS Administrator who configured the gateway for this value. To communicate both recorder and call events to the users of the Work Assist Client successfully, this URL must be whitelisted with both http and wss protocols.
Work Assist Cloud Service socket Address	The socket URL target for the Work Assist Cloud Service Regional load balancer. Make sure that the URL does not include a forward slash (/) at the end. To communicate both recorder and call events to the users of the Work Assist Client successfully, this URL must be whitelisted with both http and wss protocols.
User Principal Name Storage	The user identifier for the message being sent to the Work Assist API. Select DMS. Requires a Desktop Messaging Application that allows sending pop-up messages to employees by selecting the recipients' name, login or role within the organization. address in the Employee profile for each Work Assist user in the format user@domain.com.
