Delete a campaign
Delete only campaigns that are not currently in use. If the campaign Collection of scheduling periods in WFM, which are defined time periods where specific employees target specific workloads. is scheduled against an Archive Server, a warning is displayed.
Procedure

Click Recording Management > Campaigns > Settings.

In the left pane, select one or more campaigns.

Click Delete. If the campaign is used on one or more Archive drives, a warning message is displayed. Be sure that you want to delete the campaign from ALL drives before you click OK.
If you do not want to delete the campaign from a drive, click Cancel.
